A tiny ribbon snowball and two little bells adorn the white Peter Pan collar. The fine Swiss embroidered petticoat adds interest to the ensemble with the holiday trees and green edging. ~ Little tiny white French knots have been smocked into Isabella's bodice to integrate the snowball print of the fabric into the smocking design. So sweet! ~
